Modern office setting We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance policies is required!!
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers.
Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
Maintain patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and payment information.
Collect payments from patients and enter payments into the system.
Assist with filing insurance claims and other administrative tasks.
