Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Requires demonstrated knowledge and ability in food service preparation and clean upVerbal and written English communication skillsPosition requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, walking, stooping, lifting, stretching, moving heavy items, and lifting/ carrying up to 50 pounds.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous long term care experience or institutional food service preferred.
Certificate/Licenses:
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Essential Job Functions:
The employee must be able to perform, including but not limited to, these essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation by the employer, without posing a direct threat to him/her or to others.
Essential Functions:
Ensure all food procedures are followed.
Prepares food using proper food handling and safety techniquesMaintains proper temperature of food during preparation and serviceAssist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in food service departmentAssist in serving meals, beverages, and special items on a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining food storage areas in a clean and orderly manner.
Label, dates, and stores food properlyMaintain a clean sanitary work areaMaintain clean kitchen EquipmentPrepare dining room for servicePerform dishwashing service and cleaning proceduresPrepare and deliver snacks as directedAssure safety and health regulations are being followedReport any complaints to supervisor.
Report all hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisorReport any abuse immediately to supervisor.
Assist in food preparation for special meals or events.
Maintain Confidentiality of all resident's information to assure residents rights are protectedReport all work related injuries to supervisor.
Transport all food carts in a safe and proper manner.
Wear proper work attire including hair nets and badges.
Practice safe work habits.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
